SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST SHEFFIELD  £35,000 - £40,000 FULL TIME/PERMANENT 

One of the UK's largest providers of Employment and apprenticeship services to individuals from multiple locations and demographics is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to design and develop systems, workflow, KPI’s and MI reporting as defined from the business processes and additional needs of operational teams.  Due to the nature of the position, it is essential that applicants have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a development or analyst role as well as experience of SQL Server stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Report Builder) and modern software development processes.  They must have strong influencing, communication and leadership skills in a technical environment.

CASE MANAGER - NOMs  LONDON 

£21,606 - £24,277 PERMANENT 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK 

Our client is a National Charity who have been established for over 35 years, helping communities create brighter futures by providing employment opportunities, skills development, training and health and well-being services across the UK. We are recruiting for a new and exciting position for a Case Manager specialising within NOMs and the Prison Services based in London. The role as an overview will be described as a super adviser within the Prison Service, you will be providing effective support to individuals preparing for release. This position will involve caseload management, motivation, IAG, varied approaches, employment coaching and career guidance. Each case will be varied and you will need to work in partnerships with other community service.

Experience working with various caseloads within a Prison Service and NOMs contract is a needed and the role will require a clear DBS and Prison check which will be provided on appointment.

Overview of the Role & Team:

The Community Connector is responsible for providing intensive 1:1 information, advice, guidance and support to an allocated caseload of participants to address employability skills and secure sustainable volunteering, work trials and employment, including supported employment. Also to support the participants re/engagement with their community through signposting, referral and, when appropriate, accompanying them to the activity in line with their individual support plan.

Liaising with Project Navigators and the Project Manager to ensure the support provided is led by the participant and their support plan. To ensure referral to other services is aimed at meeting the participant’s needs and is moving them towards re/engagement with the community or into employment.

The Project Navigator will be supported by Community Connectors and Employability Trainers to help meet community engagement and employment needs.

Liaising with the Project Manager and project staff the Project Navigator will ensure participants engage with the project in an informed way and that support and referral to other services is aimed at meeting their needs and moving them towards employment.
